Terms and Conditions

Weekly Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed with the Owner. The accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure date unless otherwise agreed.

Private Car Parking available for Guests.

We do not cater for Pets.

The number of persons stated on the Booking Form must not be exceeded.

Bed Linen and Towels supplied Free of Charge.

Electricity is charged extra currently at 15c per unit day unit and 10c per unit night unit.

Each cottage has its own meter which will be read on arrival and departure.

We undertake to have your cottage in a well maintained state on your arrival and request that you leave it the same way.

A deposit of €150 is required to confirm the booking, the balance is payable on arrival.

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation we reserve the right to take a cancellation fee as follows:- More than 30 days deposit forfeited. 8-21 days 75% of rental forfeited. Less than 8 days 100% of rental forfeited.
